Our client, a Korean automotive company in Mexico, is currently looking for a Production Control / Supply Chain professional located in the Saltillo/Monterrey area:
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Production Control in the automotive parts industry.
- Experience in customer demand management and production planning.
- Experience in production scheduling, inventory management, and material planning.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (email, meetings, and communication).
- Must be able to communicate in Korean to effectively coordinate and participate in meetings with the headquarters in Korea.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of SAP / MES systems
- Experience with OEM customers such as Tesla, Ford, Hyundai, or Kia.
- Experience in CKD operations and import/export logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer requirements.
- Monitor customer demand and ensure on-time delivery performance.
- Manage material planning and inventory levels.
- Coordinate activities among Production, Logistics, Sales, and related departments.
- Analyze production capacity and support manpower/overtime planning.
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators (Sales, Inventory, Premium Freight, etc.).
- Communicate with headquarters regarding production and supply issues.
