ABOUT THE ROLE
Xtreme Aviation LLC is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Production Control Associate to support our aircraft maintenance operations.
In this position, you will help monitor maintenance tasks, track the time mechanics spend on assigned work, update task information in company systems, and communicate with Project Managers and Maintenance Supervisors when tasks are approaching their approved time. You will also assist with documentation, reporting, and keeping records organized.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Monitor the time mechanics spend on assigned maintenance tasks using company software.
- Alert Project Managers and Maintenance Supervisors when a task is approaching its approved time.
- Add tasks and mark completed tasks in company software and reports.
- Scan, organize, and file documents.
- Prepare internal and external customer reports as needed.
- Maintain an organized and clean workstation.
- Communicate with team members to help keep maintenance activities on track.
- Perform additional duties as assigned based on operational needs.
