Coordinates the company Safety Management System, hazard identification, risk analysis, audits, inspections, incident investigations, corrective actions, safety reporting, emergency response exercises, and employee safety training. Ensures compliance with applicable regulations and organizational standards, monitors safety performance, promotes safety communications, and reports safety activities and concerns to management and relevant agencies.

Monitors aircraft maintenance task progress, tracks mechanic labor time, updates task records, and alerts managers when work approaches approved time. The role also adds and closes tasks in company systems, scans and organizes documentation, prepares customer reports, and communicates with maintenance personnel to keep activities on schedule. This onsite night-shift position requires organization, multitasking, basic computer skills, communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work in a noisy environment while bending, twisting, squatting, and lifting.

Lead and strengthen the corporate accounting function, overseeing financial close, general ledger, reconciliations, U.S. GAAP reporting, technical accounting, job costing, internal controls, audits, and accounting process improvements. Manage and develop the accounting team while partnering with the CFO and operations leadership on financial results, budgeting, forecasting, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives.

Develop and maintain job-level profitability reporting, labor costing, burden rates, and overhead allocation methodologies. Analyze actual costs against estimates and budgets, investigate labor, material, and margin variances, and partner with Operations on improvements. Lead financial process and ERP data initiatives from requirements through implementation, testing, documentation, and monitoring. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling while presenting recommendations to senior management.
