What You Will Do

  • Lead the daily performance of the Business Center by managing safety, quality, cost, and delivery objectives while addressing production challenges and operational priorities.

  • Drive a zero-incident culture through the implementation of safety systems and the follow-up of near misses, accidents, and unsafe acts.

  • Ensure product integrity and compliance with legal, technical, and quality standards through effective quality systems and operational controls.

  • Manage operational costs by controlling labor, overtime, inventory, maintenance spending, and waste while supporting budget attainment goals.

  • Coordinate production activities and collaborate with other business centers to ensure the timely delivery of quality products to internal and external customers.

  • Lead plant optimization initiatives, develop salaried and hourly team members, and support workforce planning and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) activities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelors degree or in lieu of degree 10 or more years of experience in manufacturing and supervision.

  • 5 or more years of manufacturing management experience, including managing a budget and managing staff/other managers.

  • Manufacturing leadership of a multi-discipline team.

  • Knowledge of plant optimization manufacturing techniques.

  • Understanding of financial information related to manufacturing operations.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
