Production Business Analyst I or II Onsite (Days 8am to 5pm)

POSITION TITLE: Business Analyst I or II 

SHIFT HOURS: 8:00am to 5:00pm

LOCATION: Onsite at LSI Solutions in Victor, NY

SALARY RANGE: $65,000 to $75,000

JOB SUMMARY: Production Business Analyst will assist the Enterprise Development & Training Manager and Sales Operations Manager in carrying out the day-to-day tasks to support production and sales. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 

Production Business Analyst I, II

• Evaluate production performance by comparing actual results with targets.
• Data analysis to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements.
• Analyzing manufacturing operations, equipment availability & utilization.
• Collaborate with end users and other subject matter experts to gather and document business requirements.
• Provide on time and accurate reporting to executives and field sales.
• Assist with contract negotiations with end user hospitals.
• Assist with product pricing input in IQMS.
• Maintain and update current Crystal and Tableau reports used by Production and Sales. Write new reports as needed.
• Update and maintain cycle times for production and Engineering BOMs.
• Disposition work orders in IQMS, ensuring that costs are accurately entered into the correct accounts.
• Work with production teams to identify incorrect data to better understand variances work order to work order.
• Identify opportunities and plan for improvement to system integrity. Assist in business process improvement as identified.

• All other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: 

Production Business Analyst I, II

• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business Management/Administration or 2-4 years relevant experience (e.g., ERP, POS, CRM, etc.) 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Capable of correctly analyzing large amounts of data.
• Proficient with MS Office suite, including MS Visio.
• Analytical problem solving / troubleshooting skills.
• Project Management capability.
