Description:
Participate in all operational activities of the assembly of cabinets. Duties included but not limited to participating in the unpackaging, assembly, packaging, and storage of cabinets (after assembly). Process paperwork according to guidelines. Perform additional duties as determined by the Production manager.

Preferred Qualifications

Essential Job Functions:
• Construct and assemble cabinet components, according to the description on each production schedule.
• Participate in the operation and maintenance of all machines including staple guns, glue guns, hand tools, etc. and other machines and tools used to assemble cabinetry.
• Be able to complete the paperwork associated with this job description.
• Maintain a safe working environment while complying to policies and procedures relating to safety and quality
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Comply with all elements of the Core Values and use the Quality System, including ISO procedures, corrective and preventative actions, the customer complaint policy, and best practices to achieve continuous process improvements and ensure total customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive work environment by behaving and communicating in a professional, courteous, respectful, ethical manner with customers, clients, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Use good judgment and common sense.

Experience and Education Required:
Required (R) or Desired/Preferred (D)
(R) Read, Speak and Write English
(R) High School Diploma or GED
(D) 1 year of production experience in assembly of cabinets or equivalent
(D) Mechanically inclined
(D) Bilingual (English Spanish)
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Ability to be an OSHA certified powered industrial truck operator
Attention to detail
Quality conscious

Working Conditions:
Primarily working in a non-controlled warehouse and production environment, must provide own transportation
The work schedule is determined by the needs of the business unit.
