Our Maize, KS facility is growing, and we are looking for dependable, hard-working team members to join our manufacturing team. At this facility, we produce propane cylinders used by customers across the country.
The production associate is a great fit for someone who takes pride in quality work, has strong attendance, works safely, and wants the opportunity to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Do
As a production associate, you will help produce LPG cylinders by performing assembly operations, monitoring product quality, and supporting safe, efficient production.
Responsibilities include:
Prepare workstation, materials, tools, and equipment for production
Follow job instructions, standard operating procedures, and safety requirements
Load and unload conveyors and move materials to and from the workstation
Operate, monitor, and make minor adjustments to equipment as trained
Notify leads or supervisors when equipment, product, or process is outside standard
Count, package, crate, and identify parts and finished products
Maintain required production and quality records
Report material shortages or production concerns
Maintain a clean, organized work area using 6S principles
Work individually or as part of a team to meet safety, quality, and production goals
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, machine operation, or related experience is helpful but not required
Ability to read and understand simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
Ability to perform basic math, including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written or verbal instructions
Schedule
This position works a 12-hour rotating schedule.
Day Shift: 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Night Shift: 6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.
Schedule Pattern: 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off
Team members work every other weekend and have every other 3-day weekend off
Paid biweekly

While performing this job, employees are regularly required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear. Employees must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
