What you will do

Who you are
- 高中、中专或中技以上学历。
- 两年以上车间生产工作经验，了解造纸原理和造纸流程，熟悉质量要求和检测方法，能够熟练操作造纸机以及相关设备。
- 愿意接受跨车间、多岗位工作安排，具备多技能需求。
- 熟悉GDP书写要求，能按要求填写生产记录。
- 工作认真负责，认同公司文化，爱岗敬业、有良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，成为熟练工后，有能力带教新人。
- 身体健康，能接受倒班和加班。
- 有一定的英语使用能力优先考虑。
