Ready for something new? We’re growing our production team at States Industries.
We have several openings across our Eugene mill and are looking for dependable, hardworking people who want to learn, contribute, and be part of a team.
You don’t need to come in knowing everything about hardwood plywood manufacturing. We can teach you the job and help you build your skills. What we’re really looking for are people with great attitudes—people who show up ready to work, take pride in what they do, support the people around them, and are willing to go above and beyond to help the team succeed.
What You Can ExpectManufacturing at States is fast-paced, hands-on work, and every position plays an important role in keeping our operation moving. Depending on your experience and interests, opportunities may be available in areas such as:
- Putty
- Dryers
- Spreaders
- Cleanup
- Banding
- Press
- Sanders
- Warehouse
- Prefinish
As you gain experience, there are opportunities to learn different areas of the mill, build new skills, and grow into other positions.
