Maintains and adjusts manufacturing schedules based on customer due dates, materials, capacity, equipment, and production conditions. Monitors WIP, priorities, remakes, delays, and order status while coordinating across Production, Shipping, Sales, and departmental leaders. Uses Dynamics 365 and Excel to track production information, communicate risks, support on-time delivery, and improve production flow. Works in office and industrial manufacturing environments with occasional work outside normal hours.

Hands-on manufacturing role in a hardwood plywood mill. Perform production tasks (putty, dryers, spreaders, press, sanders, banding, warehouse, prefinish), follow safety and LOTO procedures, support 5S/Kaizen, maintain housekeeping, use basic computer skills, lift up to 50 lbs, work 40 hours with possible overtime, and collaborate to meet production, safety, and quality goals.
