 Now hiring Production Associates – $16.00 per hour plus shift differential. Overtime available. Plant runs 3 shifts 7 days per week. Employees are assigned to work one steady shift.

As a Production Team Member, you will maintain production lines with cartons as well as seal and stack finished product and doing visual checks of caps in our­­­­­­­­­­ New Castle, PA facility.  Apply today!

What you'll do:

• Ensuring that the line(s) you are assigned to produces quality caps through periodic inspections
• Monitor the automated line to ensure that caps are properly feeding into the boxes
• Periodically re-threading labels, filling ink and liner and unjamming caps
• Properly labeling the filled boxes and stacking them on the pallet. Filled boxes weigh up to 32 pounds and are stacked 6-7 high on the pallet

What you'll need to have:

•      Ability to frequently transport a box of product weighing between 15 and 35 lbs. for a short distance from the line to stack on the pallet
