Production Associate
Location: 46 Isidor Ct. Sparks, NV
Overview: Production Associates are operators who work with basic flexographic and die cutting processes to die cut customized blank label and sticker solutions.
Shift Available: Monday-Thursday 5:30am-4:00pm.
Training Shift: TBD at time of offer.
Pay: $17.00/hour to start.

General Duties
- Operate a flexographic press to produce high-quality blank sheet and roll labels.
- Double-check the copy for accuracy of margins and die cut depths.
- Review work order notes and identify priority work orders to ensure timely production.
- Inspect and clean press parts on a regular basis and report a need for repairs/maintenance.
- Communicate job-specific information or changes to the supervisor in a timely manner to minimize production downtime.
- Other duties as assigned.
Desired Traits/Requirements:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Basic experience using scanning and computer devices preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset.
Physical Demands
- The employee is regularly required to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions involving hands, wrists, and arms.
- The employee frequently uses hands and fingers to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
- The employee is required to walk, reach with hands and arms, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds regularly, with or without assistance.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus to inspect materials and products.
- The employee must be able to safely work in a fast-paced production and warehouse environment.
