Set up of blending equipment; production of correct materials; weighing of materials
Seal, stencil and/or label containers of finished product and move to designated area
5S Cleanliness of work area
Ensure participation and cooperation in company implemented Environmental Health & Safety programs. Follow all safety rules.
Produces quality product in a timely manner.
Obtains the correct documentation for the run.
Ensures the correct ingredients are delivered to the work area. May be required to obtain the correct ingredients for mixing and weigh out the ingredients to meet the recipe specifications.
Sets up and startsmachinery, checking all controls for adherence to operating/safety procedures.
Notifies appropriate personnel of any issues, problemsor concerns in a timelymanner.
Safely and neatly processes, batch off, screen,cut up, packageand/or skid material to correct size/container according to customer specifications.
Accurately supplies/supports Production Operators withappropriate materials/functions to efficiently keep all equipment operational.
Performs all required machinecleaning.
Completes and maintains requiredpaperwork and/or documents.
Follows and complies with all safetyand work rules and regulations.
Maintains departmental housekeeping standards.
Other dutiesas assigned.

Skills Required
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent training and experience
- Work experience in an industrial operations environment
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Mathematical skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide, perform unit conversions and work with weight/volume/density
- Dependable, reliable, and willing to work overtime as needed
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use hands, bend, stoop, climb ladders/stairs as needed
- Ability to detect and respond to safety alarms and work in high-noise or extreme temperature/humidity environments
- Follow Environmental Health & Safety programs, perform machine cleaning, and maintain 5S/workplace housekeeping
