POSITION SUMMARY
This role is responsible for constructing products or components by following detailed instructions, using tools, and ensuring quality standards are met.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Read and interpret blueprints or schematics to understand assembly requirements.
- Gather and organize materials and tools needed for the assembly process.
- Assemble components manually or with machinery, ensuring precision and alignment.
- Inspect and test assembled products for defects or deviations from specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols.
- Document production and quality control data as required by supervisors.
- All other duties assigned.

REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Understanding of assembly processes, tools, and safety standards
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills
- Manual dexterity and physical stamina for repetitive tasks
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Experience with hand tools and machinery
- Teamwork and communication skills
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (required levels)
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years work experience

Skills Required
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
- Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the day
- Ability to use air tools, impact, grinder
- Ability to use basic hand tools (hammer, wrenches) and measuring instruments
- Successfully complete company training program as required
- Read, understand, and follow routings and work instructions
- Basic math and reading skills
- Self-motivated, reliable, able to work with minimal supervision
- Prior basic tool operation experience
