This is a 1st shift position - working Monday - Friday, 6:30AM - 3PM with potential for overtime hours.
What You’ll Do
- Work with Press Operator to aid in the operation of the printing press.
- Ensure paper is loaded and monitor pH and conductivity of fountain solution on presses.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving.
- Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized workspace.
What We’re Looking For
No bindery experience? No problem—we’ll train you.
We’re looking for people who:
- Are at least 18 years of age.
- Have a High School Diploma, or GED.
- Are mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools.
- Can read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.)
- Take pride in doing quality work.
- Show up reliably and work well with a team.
It’s a plus if you have:
- Print, bindery, or finishing experience.
- Experience setting up or adjusting production equipment.
- Graphic arts and/or technical school background.
Physical & Work Environment
Work is performed in a factory environment with regular exposure to dust, dirt, noise, and the physical hazards of machinery, plus some exposure to fumes, oils, lubricants, and chemicals.
- Safety toe shoes and hearing protection required.
- On your feet for most of the shift
- Ability to lift, carry, push and/or pull 50lbs.

Pay Range$17.50+ depending on experience
