About the role
Our FUJIFILM Business Innovation team in Auckland is on the lookout for a Production & Equipment Planner to join their team. Reporting to the Inventory Planning Manager, this role would be responsible for production planning and stock management of Equipment category.
Other duties include:
- Plan, purchase and manage A3 machine inventories to support sales within agreed inventory levels and targets set by the inventory planning manager,
- Monitor aged inventories and take appropriate actions to reduce.
- Manage overstock assembled machines particularly at product end of life to reduce
- obsolescence risk
- Maintain and develop the planning spreadsheet to determine and prioritise machines to be built in the Auckland workshop to fulfil customer orders within agreed lead times
Liaise with various internal teams to ensure forecast accuracy, product availably and communicate product constrains.
Skills & experience
We are looking for someone with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills. Along with this, you will also have:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in planning and scheduling within logistics environment
- Sound knowledge of all aspects of supply chain
- Experience using ERP systems
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
- Positive, proactive and over all "Can Do" attitude
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, (written and verbal)
- Proven experience on working within tight deadlines
