As a Production Analyst, you will provide in-depth financial and production analysis for all programs within the Leavenworth Production Facility. You’ll support process planning, cost estimation, and scenario modeling to enable the most efficient and cost-effective production throughout the facility. You’ll be a key influencer, guiding plant leadership to make informed decisions that balance short-term needs with long-term financial implications.
The Production Analyst will:
- Analyze and report program-level planned vs. actual financial results.
- Recommend relevant changes to product planning processes from Creative, DIM, and through Supply Chain.
- Estimate and bid costs for SKU and Program level offerings, leveraging deep knowledge of production efficiency and floor operations.
- Provide SAP actual cost results by reverse engineering SKUs to cost center/work center level.
- Prepare run scenarios to offer best cost options to internal and external customers.
- Influence production capacities and requirements to meet customer cost expectations.
- Develop data models for scenario analysis to support timely decision-making.
- Coordinate preparation and communication of accurate and timely analysis documents.
- Research and resolve significant variances in financial results.
- Demonstrate influential leadership across multiple management levels and strategic communication.
- Collaborate with Production Services Manager, Plant Engineering, Plant Maintenance, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and other key business partners.
This position is located onsite at Hallmark's Production Facility in Leavenworth, KS.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
The following is required to be considered for this role:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in finance, data analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years business experience in finance, supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, procurement, business unit, or IT.
- Working knowledge of SAP.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Your resume and application will stand out if you have:
- MBA or other Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of relevant Hallmark business experience.
- 2+ years of operations/manufacturing experience.
- Advanced knowledge of SAP and/or production planning in the SAP environment.
- Multiple experiences across supply chain solutions, manufacturing, procurement, IT business development-operations, and business units.
- Ability to navigate successfully through stressful situations.
- Effective business partner with strong command skills.
- Strong capability to work within and influence teams.
- Resourcefulness and proven problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate with all levels from operators to Plant Manager, and flex communication style for any Hallmark customer or supplier.
