We are looking for a VP of Product to lead our growing portfolio of investment products. Our investing teams enable our families to not just learn about financial markets but also take an active role in them by making investments in a family friendly & safe way. This is the perfect opportunity for a passionate leader with deep knowledge of the investment domain to drive Greenlight’s investment products strategy and execution.

In this role, you will partner closely with multiple departments to define and execute the investing product roadmaps. The ideal candidate will balance hiring and developing excellent product managers, while also helping to shape and communicate an effective product vision and strategy across the team. You will be responsible for all elements of Greenlight’s investing product portfolio and ensure we continue to provide innovative, safe, and convenient investment solutions for Greenlight families.

What you will be doing:

• Lead a team of product managers focused on growing the existing product portfolio, as well as conceiving, building, and launching new capabilities aligned with Greenlight’s longer term mission
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to set the strategy and roadmaps for Greenlight’s investing products
• Manage, coach, and grow a team of product managers enabling their ultimate success
• Build strong product development processes that enables efficient teams and innovative products
• Ensure teams are successfully managing their priorities, backlogs, requirements, and shipping incremental enhancements to Greenlight families
• Communicate progress, value, and blockers to the wider business, including executive leadership

What you should bring:

• 10+ years of product management experience
• Prior experience in the brokerage, investing or wealth technology domain
• Highly technical, with deep experience and track record of success in building and growing products
• Highly collaborative and capable of managing large, complex, cross-functional projects
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally to align stakeholders on the goals and behaviors required for success
• Experience working in regulated industries that requires coordination across functional areas including legal and compliance
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering a plus
