Dragos is seeking a Technical Product Owner interested in leading agile practices to help safeguard the world’s industrial infrastructure. And, if you love developing requirements and working with stakeholders to ensure the highest value deliverables are implemented, this is the role for you. You should be very oriented around the details with the ability to absorb the information and help development teams build! The expertise you bring to the table will be crucial in aligning the product vision in an executable way. Gathering technical requirements and prioritizing them while understanding the trade-offs is what this role is about.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Management, Architects, and other subject matter experts on the team to transition the business requirements to technical requirements
• Develop a deep understanding of the Dragos Platform capabilities and industry-specific challenges
• Own backlog management, iteration planning, and elaborate user stories with technical knowledge to facilitate quality/delivery
• Develop user stories with excellent acceptance criteria and a full understanding of the organization's dependencies
• Assess value, develop use cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and initiatives to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value aligned with product strategy

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience owning component and/or feature team backlogs
• 3+ years of experience developing technical requirements for a development team
• Experience with cloud and on-premise product development and deployment
• Strong familiarity with Linux and orchestration tools, preferably Kubernetes
• Desired experience with Secure DevOps practices

Compensation

• Base Salary: $192,000
• Salary + Benefits + Equity = $325,000

• Equity at Dragos is quickly growing and the total compensation under-represents the future growth and refresh program. This will be discussed on the first call with the Dragos recruiter.
