The Role

We’re looking for an individual to help orchestrate product management for our knowledge graph, Doppler, driving the successful use of and integration with Doppler across the enterprise. Doppler is the searchable knowledge base at the heart of Circulo’s unique set of enabling technologies, designed from the ground up to provide world-class care for our members and delightful experiences for our providers through AI and automation.

What you'll do

• Plan implementation timelines and the entire product life cycle
• Establish a user feedback loop, focused on using analytics and direct feedback to identify successes and failures
• Coordinate across teams to identify requirements for Doppler
• Create documentation that is digestible across teams, specifically by engineers in the Data circle
• Identify products that solve similar problems across industries and use their success / failures to influence technical decisions

Who we are looking for

• Demonstrated experience with product management
• Expertise in continuous improvement and process mapping
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to cultivate relationships with other team members
• Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• Healthcare experience is a plus!
