We have ambitious plans, and we're looking for a high potential Senior Product Manager to evolve the consumer and Tech experience in our Asurion stores and every touchpoint. This could include building new capabilities for our In Store Experience to building something for clients and end customers for their end-to-end experience. You'll craft product strategy, define solutions, and prioritize, measure, validate the success of your work. We are looking for an individual who is results-oriented and highly collaborative. The ideal candidate will passion for developing consumer-centric strategies and experiences across digital channels

Job Description

What You'll Do

• Define the product strategy and roadmap for the Asurion stores
• Work with cross functional teams and stakeholders to define end to end user experience and build it in a way that makes it easy for others to collaborate and expand on
• Lead the product development of a full stack Product Team
• Identify customer needs and test and validate solutions to those needs, leading to new features, products, or new ways of delivering existing services
• Synthesize data and insights to develop a robust product strategy and inform decision making
• Manage cross-functional relationships to keep stakeholders informed, receive input, and influence their thinking at the exec level.
• Define the right KPIs to track and successfully ship products that deliver on critical objectives and key results
• Build a collaborative, inclusive, fun, and high-performance team culture

Who You Are

• You have 5+ years of experience as a product manager, with previous experience in technology or startup companies, ideally with experience in the e-commerce space
• You are well-versed in product development methodologies, have solid experience working with technology teams, and have a data-driven and collaborative mindset
• You have experience and or understanding of various operational functions
• You have experience leading and working with agile development teams
• You are energized by solving complex problems and comfortable in ambiguous situations
• You are able to seamlessly move between forward thinking and tactical implementation
• You are able to distill complex information into easy-to-understand concepts, and understand how lead a team through ambiguity
• You have experience working with data and insights to understand and measure your work
• You know what makes a great user experience and love partnering with design, insights, and engineering to turn a vision into reality
• You are an excellent communicator, comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and have empathy to clearly connect with diverse viewpoints
