Join us as a Sr. Product Manager on our Health Solutions Digital team, where you will lead and support products such as Prevention, Fitness, Women's Health, and Coaching to help our members succeed at developing better overall health and wellness. Consumers and our Clients need programs that will improve access and lead to better outcomes, while reducing the total care of cost for all.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work with Product and XD on the Health Solutions user experience and the implementation of a specified set of features
• Support the Health Solutions product team throughout the end-to-end product lifecycle on the development and ongoing management of new and existing features on our platform
• Define detailed requirements and user stories in partnership with other Product Managers & Product leads
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align on feature definition and requirements
• Work closely with engineering and other internal teams (including others in Product, Client Delivery, XD, Program Management, Legal) for successful and on schedule delivery of roadmap items
• Attend agile process meetings to keep project and feature development focused and on track, sign off on completed work, trace completed requirements, hold team accountable to timelines and scope
• Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products around growth, engagement, retention and other KPIs

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience working as a product owner/product manager with high awareness of product management responsibilities and practices
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and other software development methodologies while working toward tight delivery deadlines
• Track record of successfully contributing to the concept creation, design and launch of consumer-facing products or programs, using data to support decisions and for developing business cases and determining roadmap priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare and/or health and wellness space
• Solid quantitative and analytical skills
• Ability to keep business and strategic goals top of mind while prioritizing daily work needs
