What you will be doing

As a Senior Technical Product Manager you will be responsible for the business requirements for Sabre SynXis products. Responsible for scope, roadmap prioritization and end to end product life cycle management. Aligning and driving product direction with Product Managers, Customers, Development, internal Leadership & SMEs and other stakeholders. You'll also be responsibe for documentation of requirements including user stories and other artifacts and for acceptance of stories and demonstration and validation of implementation with stakeholders.

Accountabilities:• Product subject-matter expert (SME) inside scrum teams• Scrum team stories, acceptance criteria, backlog creation, refinement, prioritization• Functional documentation• Acceptance/sign-off of team stories at completion• Demos (internal or external, as needed)• Scrum ceremonies attendance• Guidance to scrum team on functional requirements

Additional Tasks Include:• Analyze, triage and troubleshoot maintenance issues• Provide day-to-day support to scrum teams• Translate customer requirements and product roadmap to manageable backlog• Act as primary point of contact for scope elaboration• Be involved throughout all stages of a product's lifecycle including modifications, upgrades and maintenance of the product or product line• Collaborate primarily with scrum teams, product manager, and other stakeholders as necessary, to deliver the products within the timeline and budget• Interface with customer as and when needed to discuss requirements

The successful candidate will have

Key Requirements and Desirable Attributes:• System thinking, engineering rigor and technical acumen• Master storyteller and story mapper• Technical writing skills, documentation experience (user guides and API guides, functional specs) • Analytical and decisive; balance technical innovation, technical debt, ongoing support• Experience working in and leading Agile/Scrum teams• Understanding of software development lifecycle processes • Experience with Rally, Jira is an advantage• Ability to prioritize the work backlog and identify dependencies
