Come join the Consumer Group (CG), with market leading products in TurboTax, TurboTax Live, Mint and Credit Karma, as a Senior Product Manager leading our acceleration of Universal Data Experiences! We are looking for creative problem solvers with a passion for customers and innovation to join our team and revolutionize the way people manage their money.

Every year, the Consumer Group at Intuit helps over 50M Americans with their taxes or finances. While we are the market leader in do-it-yourself taxes, we have a broader aspiration to help people be more prosperous and financially free. In addition to creating next-level experiences for TurboTax, we are looking to expand the connection with other ecosystem products with a special focus on growing key customer segments that are greatly in need of personalized year-round solutions. Leveraging our expert network and family of financial products, we want to solve big customer problems with innovative and data-driven solutions.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to help us create and deliver on a product vision for revolutionizing speed-to-benefit for our customers by accelerating 'no work' automated data entry product experiences. In this high-visibility role, you will become an expert in our customers' tax and financial needs during tax season and beyond. You will solve critical problems for our customers and business through driving delightful product experiences and capabilities that reduce work and drive confidence by unlocking the power of their financial data and eliminating the work and drudgery of manual entry. You will be responsible for driving significant customer and revenue growth by creating a vision for the future, aligning product strategies across leadership teams, driving experimentation and delivering products to market.

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years of experience building and shipping consumer products, preferably ones that have reached millions of users
  • Great eye for design, experience with human-centered design processes, user research, and collaboration with designers
  • Strong ability to analyze, interpret, and draw meaningful insights from data
  • High energy, self-starter with a bias for action and growth mindset
  • Deep experience with customer driven innovation and hypothesis driven experimentation
  • Ability to organize and influence decisions and buy-in across multiple x-functional teams
  • Excellent storytelling ability; clear and concise verbal and written communication
  • Proven ability to identify technology options and drive the decision-making process that balances employee/customer experience, business objectives, and technical requirements
  • Demonstrated success of driving product strategy from concept to launch that delivered awesome user experiences for employees/customers
  • Bachelor's degree required. Focus in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Psychology, or other relevant discipline preferred; MBA or MS a plus. Equivalent professional experience will be considered

  • Set a bold product vision, strategy, and roadmap for automated data experiences that are extensible across the Intuit ecosystem

  • Connect and collaborate with product, XD, marketing, engineering teams, and strategic partners to drive decision making and execution
  • Drive key business outcomes starting with creation of a compelling vision and strategy, developing prioritized requirements all the way through delivery and measuring business impact
  • Understand emerging industry and technology trends, and leverage this knowledge to guide the application of technology solutions to improve and transform processes
  • Conduct customer research to gain deep-customer-empathy and understand customer needs and lead hypothesis driven experimentation to deliver great end-to-end customer experiences
  • Drive shared vision across on prioritization, business case assessment, requirements/user stories, and standard processes through agile methodology working with engineering and business teams
  • Take end-to-end responsibility for the users' success
