As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal part in HackerRank’s mission to “Accelerate the World’s Innovation”. You will spearhead the discovery, planning and delivery of new automated workflows for screening and hiring technical talent. You will work closely with cross-functional leaders in Customer Success, Engineering, and Product to understand the needs of the user and deliver the best solution.

You will be working on:

• Champion a brand new product initiative at HackerRank, defining the vision for successful adoption by power users.
• Work with key customers to design logic and build out optimal workflows and validate potential solutions that integrate with commonly used ATS platforms and other tools.
• Build trust and effective relationships with peers/cross-functional teams and influence senior leaders to communicate vision, strategy, goals, status, and customer impact.

We are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years experience developing and launching products/technologies in an agile SaaS environment; MS with 4+ years experience; PhD with 3+ years experience.
• Experience leading at least two development cycles for new or ambiguous products from discovery to delivery in the market.
• Experience driving product vision, GTM strategy, and design discussions.
• Ability to work independently to understand complex problems, conduct discovery sessions with customers, prescribe and validate potential solutions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with and influence multiple stakeholders in order to reach important business milestones and build a successful product.
• Bonus: Experience shipping products or building out business processes that integrate into an Applicant Tracking System
