D&B Connect allows companies to intuitively transform and connect their data with the Dun & Bradstreet® Data Cloud, the world’s most comprehensive source of business data and insights. Companies can instantly access, benchmark, enrich, and monitor their data against category-leading data in the Dun & Bradstreet Data Cloud.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to manage the D&B Connect “Discover” product and launch Software as a Service (SaaS) Data Management software solutions that help our customers connect to the D&B Data Cloud and clean, match and enrich their internal data.
Responsibilities
- Employ product management best practices, working within an agile methodology, to fulfill the product vision
- Own and manage a product roadmap to meet our customer needs, capture market share and meet corporate objectives
- Gather requirements from both external and internal stakeholders to create a cohesive roadmap
- Write epics and collaborate with the Product Owner and Business Analyst on their story writing
- Communicate the vision and epics to your Design colleagues and collaborate on user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design
- Ensure the Product Owner understands the business needs so they can effectively create and manage a prioritized backlog to be developed by Engineering
- Manage go-to-market (GTM) activities such as working with Marketing and Sales Enablement on strategy and plans, working with Operations, assisting with collateral and knowledge series
- Support pricing, billing, and usage tracking efforts
- Be the subject matter expert of your product to educate team and/or cross functional teams
Qualifications
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and productive - someone who is a self-starter, knows how to prioritize what needs to be done and rallies colleagues to get things accomplished; “roll up the sleeves” type of attitude
- Both insightful and pragmatic, with strong problem-solving skills and comprehension of what is actually “do-able”
- Highly organized and detailed-oriented with ability to work with clients having different work styles, tempos, and processes
- Ability to work well with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and bridge the communication gap between the two groups
- Possesses an affinity for data-driven insights to make decisions, and able to harness knowledge and expertise of the best content to support the Practice
- Financial metric acumen
- Ability to understand the technical architecture of data products to assess scope and drive timelines
- Can break down problems and making decisions based on data and customer insights
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of SaaS product management experience
- Bachelor’s Degree; concentration in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field is preferred
- Agile and scrum methodology experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with data management products and cloud technology is preferred
