As our Sr. Product Manager for PeopleGlass Enterprise, you will be responsible for driving the product strategy and roadmap, working with the growth and sales team on user acquisition and partnering with design and engineering on shipping killer features that users love. There are some incredibly interesting product management challenges that span both product led growth as well as building for enterprise complexity across the product suite. You will leverage productivity software domain expertise for enterprises to set product strategy and partner with the design and the engineering teams to design and deliver the roadmap.

Responsibilities

  • Drive customer discovery with targeted user personas on the critical capabilities required by PeopleGlass Enterprise.
  • Drive product roadmap execution with engineering, design, marketing and growth team to deliver and launch the features that drive new user sign ups, strong adoption and virality. Ship the enterprise features that drive conversion from Free to paid edition users.
  • Develop and deliver a product roadmap for integrating People.ai Sales Solution widgets into PeopleGlass.
  • Partner with Product Led Growth team to build triggers into free product tier that encourage paid edition upgrades. Partner with High Velocity Sales Leadership to sell PeopleGlass+ top down leveraging differentiation of the paid tier features from free tier.
  • Build out PeopleGlass product team.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to design, develop, and ship commercially successful B2B SaaS products with a bottoms up PLG motion. Understand how to build simple and elegant product interfaces for complex use cases. (aka B2C mindset for a B2B product). Demonstrate ability to define and execute a roadmap, making hard trade-offs in a startup or high growth business unit. 
  • Proven ability to design, develop, and ship commercially successful B2B SaaS products with robust admin and provisioning systems. 
  • Strong technical aptitude with experience with domains related to CRM, productivity tools, APIs, security and compliance. Ability to develop features that seamlessly integrate with the full People.ai product suite.
  • Experience working with complex enterprise customers in both a product led growth and top down sales go-to-market motions.
  • Passion for customer empathy and understanding. Ability to simplify complex customer journeys and product workflows for both end users and administrators. 
  • Excellent communicator demonstrated by articulating complex technical concepts in a way that is understandable to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Deep knowledge of product analytics systems and how to use data to influence product thinking and decision making. 
  • At least 7-10 years of product management experience.
