As part of the Financial Engineering organization, we’re enabling front end innovation through backend infrastructure. Join us as we build an Order Management System that scales with Spotify. 


As Group Product Manager of Order Management in Sales Engineering, you will be responsible for defining the strategy and product roadmap of our existing order management system, CloudSense, as Spotify’s business lines grow and diversify. Operating with a user-first mentality, you will work with various teams and stakeholders to drive strategic and thoughtful improvements in the Order Management System. You will partner with our team of Salesforce and backend engineers to identify and implement areas of automation, and other opportunities to streamline the booking process. This prominent role will require excellent documentation and presentation skills, for communication with senior executives and mapping to Spotify’s strategic goals. The ideal candidate possesses superb business judgement, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a demanding environment. 


What you'll do

  • Define and drive the immediate and long term strategies of the current order management system
  • Transform company-level strategic initiatives into an actionable, impactful, roadmap
  • Work hand-in-hand with business teams to prioritize requirements based on data analysis, user feedback, ROI, and level of effort
  • Partner with one or more engineering teams in order to ensure healthy delivery and inspired teams
  • Operate with a user-first methodology, creating an intuitive, frictionless experience
  • Develop a strong internal network to understand company-wide goals and translate to your product roadmap, creating a unified strategy
  • Monitor performance and measure against established metrics and key results, ensuring expected adoption and impact is met
  • Work closely with sales training and operations on launching new products and enhancements
  • Utilize data to establish scope and impact of various projects and priorities
  • Balance needs around reliability, security and scale with building new features
  • Mentor other Product Managers or Associate Product Managers

Who you are

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience specifically within the Order Management or Ad-tech industry
  • 3+ years of experience working with internal products and stakeholders
  • Heavily focused on the user experience across multiple points of interaction including Sales, Client Services, and Ad Operations
  • Experience within the Media Publishing industry required
  • Experience with developing SaaS products, with Salesforce and/or Cloudsense a plus.
  • Proven capability to develop and drive forward a strong strategy and vision 
  • Ability to establish and measure success against a set of key metrics and goals 
  • Strength in partnering with stakeholders to build business cases and determine feature prioritization
  • Strong storytelling capability, with ability to influence across multiple levels of the organization
  • Comfortable managing cross-functional/cross-departmental programs
  • Publicly traded company experience strongly preferred
