As a Senior Product Manager you will focus on developing app marketplace monetization solutions at Zoom. You will uncover opportunities to grow the revenue of our app ecosystem, the adoption of our marketplace, and the top line revenue for Zoom. This requires looking across both sides of the marketplace to find unique ways for Zoom to add value. You will work closely with cross functional stakeholders to review business/contractual terms and develop seamless payment experiences for our uses. 

Responsibilities:

  • Define the product strategy and requirements for the marketplace payment platform 

  • Support your product team in understanding customer, partner, and stakeholder pain points and requirements, develop strong roadmaps and execute on them

  • Partner closely with leaders across product, engineering, finance, legal, and operations, as well as external partners and customers.

  • Lead the ideation, research, design, development and launch of marketplace payment features

  • Define, understand, and improve key funnels and metrics

  • Understand and influence the roadmaps of our external payment providers`

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably with experience working in the payments domain, e-commerce, or on other marketplace platforms

  • Strong understanding of the billing and payments ecosystem. Have operated payments at scale.

  • Proven track record of revenue growth

  • User-first mindset with experience in user research and testing

  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally, collaborate, influence and work as part of a team

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for precise articulations of product strategy and customer problems
