Kit Check is seeking a passionate senior project manager to run the implementation of the Bluesight for Controlled Substances product at large enterprise hospital systems. This person is responsible for coordinating and/or conducting all aspects of the project with internal and external project teams. These milestones include but are not limited to the kick-off call, check in calls, technical configuration, key stakeholder updates, training end users and post implementation stabilization work. This person is an expert at forming and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, clinicians and end users ensuring our customers have the best possible implementation experience.


The ideal candidate has a high attention to detail, great under pressure, passionate about customer service, and can operate in an environment that is often ambiguous and requires creativity to resolve issues.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all aspects of the Bluesight for Controlled Substances implementation projects; including the project kick off, software configuration, go live and training in the while maintaining project timelines.
  • Work as a consultative partner with your customers to provide guidance on best configuration practices based on their workflows and internal processes while adhering to the statement of work.
  • Coordinate the completion of all tasks related to the project between the internal Kit Check teams and hospital IT/project team.
  • Maintain up to date project plans, tickets and other project documentation to ensure project timelines are on track and visible to leadership.
  • Be able to clearly communicate project status, delays and potential red flags to Kit Check management, leadership, and customer stakeholders.
  • As a senior member of the team, this person should be a team player and role model who is not afraid to “get their hands dirty” to help out as well as provide mentoring and coaching to other team members.
  • Work closely with the Sr. Manager of Implementation to drive strategic initiatives and process improvement with the team and department. 
  • Work closely with the product team and other internal teams to provide customer feedback which will help define future enhancements to our products

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent professional work experience
  • 7+ years of professional work experience; PMP, client facing and/or experience in the healthcare industry a plus
  • 5+ years of project management for new customer implementations for a SAAS based software product
  • Experience running mid-long term projects (3 months plus) with Fortune 500 companies
  • Experience working with Wrike or other project management software, JIRA, Excel, G Suite and/or Safesforce preferred
  • Previous experience with SQL queries and/or running reports for EPIC, Cerner, Omnicell, Pyxis software a plus
  • High attention to detail and extremely organized
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to change, think critically, and work independently/remotely
  • A positive team-player attitude who is committed to getting things done
  • Must be flexible with scheduling to work with customers in different time zones
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% (or 4 times a year)

This position is a remote position and open to applicants in the continental United States.
