We’re looking for a Growth Product Manager to join the product team and help drive growth across Truebill’s entire financial management feature set. You’ll build experiences and experiments that help members take control of their finances as we build towards our goal of a holistic app for people to run their entire financial lives. You’ll work closely with different teams to deliver an amazing customer experience for our members.

ABOUT THE ROLE 🤹‍♀️

  • Develop a notable understanding of Truebill’s entire product, across all features.
  • Drive and motivate a team of engineers to ship experiences and experiments that consistently improve key growth metrics.
  • Define, understand, and improve key growth funnels, viral flywheels, and metrics. You’ll own complex features and experiments end-to-end, including defining product specs, driving cross-functional execution, making thoughtful product decisions along the way, and sharing insights and results throughout the company.
  • Size growth opportunities pre-launch and rigorously measure results after launch.
  • Take a holistic approach to growth, including acquisition, activation and retention.
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative research to identify growth opportunities and prioritize your roadmap.
  • Be bold! Create new experiences that fundamentally transform how users discover, onboard, and become part of the Truebill community.
  • Partner with engineering, marketing, data, and design teams to build software collaboratively and inclusively.

  • 5+ years experience building and shipping high-impact experiences that drive growth of consumer products.
  • An owner’s mindset - you don’t shy away from the hard stuff.
  • Experience at a fast-growing startup in a cross-functional environment.
  • Passion for our mission: improving the financial health of millions
  • Strong collaboration in team environments but able to act quickly as the decision-maker.
  • Strong testing and analytical skills, competence in SQL ideal, and experience with tools for doing data analysis (i.e. Looker and Amplitude)
  • Prior fintech experience a plus.
