Overview

Come join the Monetization Services and experiences (MSE) Team as a Group Development Manager (M3). Monetization is at the heart of all offerings across Intuit and is the foundation to strategic transformation of Intuit and for revenue growth. Polaris - a collection of go to market services and tools is strategically important. This will provide experimentation, setting up products and items (SKUs), pricing and promotion and other key capabilities that will power Intuit's revenue growth with accelerated changes and experimentations rolled out to market - reducing the timeframe from weeks to hours.

What you'll bring

  • 8+ years' experience as an established Product development Leader of software engineering teams that have successfully delivered customer-driven software products.
  • Strong educational background with BS / MS in Computer Science or a related area.
  • Demonstrated strength in cloud native technologies and operating in the cloud.
  • Demonstrated experience operating high scale services in the cloud. Demonstrated experience in designing highly resilient services and building recovery mechanisms.
  • Proven background in UX or Web Development. Experience with modern web technologies (Angular, React, Node.js)
  • Being comfortable diving into the code and interacting with developers at all levels of seniority
  • Demonstrated experience leading positive change, empowering people, cultivating product technology visions and innovative solutions, and fostering effective engineering teams.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment for iterative project turnarounds on mission critical systems.
  • Multiple years of proven experience of developing, deploying and operating services.
  • Ability to collaborate across a wide range of roles and experience levels in a global setup. Strong communication skills.
  • Experience with Agile development and methodologies and SaaS and/or mobile technologies



How you will lead

  • Drive shared vision on Polaris capability and adoption roadmap for Intuit wide capabilities that will solve critical customer This typically involves collaborating actively with a cross functional team of technical leaders, product managers, program managers, data analysts and stakeholders across Intuit.
  • Accountable to execute on the roadmap and build durable assets to unlock value for the business in a timely manner with high engineering and operational excellence.
  • Integration with 3rd party capabilities
  • Capabilities road map and ensure the subsequent adoption
  • Build a high performing team that is innovative, agile and customer obsessed. Responsible and accountable for the employee engagement with the company and the project
  • Be a role model in driving winning results. Demonstrate deep expertise across the software lifecycle including driving design decisions, implementation and operationalization
  • Project Management & Execution: Balance long and short. Balance between Customer adoption and accumulation of Technical Debt. Shared vision on timelines and priorities. Project and resource planning to execute on the MSE Polaris Platform Roadmap
  • Actively engage in evolving target state working with cross-functional team members from Architecture, Product Management, Q/A and Production Operations to develop, test, and release features
  • Continuously evolve development practices and operational maturity through structured root cause analysis and monitoring.
