Senior Agile Product Manager-Work from home-Express Scripts
The Agile Product Manager in the Customer Engagement Systems organization, also known as the Technical Product Owner (TPO), represents the voice of the customer at the team level. In one of our Agile Scrum Teams you will be an owner of our Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and Automated Outbound Messaging (AOM) systems living in Genesys and Kore.ai platforms.
Specific responsibilities Include:
- Collaborate with business and technology partners on new initiatives, supporting the development of program specifications, providing technology estimates, aligning on team capacities and dependencies
- Build trusted relationships with business and technology partners, collaborates across functional, operational, and technology groups to ensure the appropriate engagement, assists with key stakeholder negotiations
- Identify opportunities for improvement and optimize team performance using a metrics-based approach, ensures consistency with enterprise data standards
- Leverage product knowledge to identify impacts and guide decisions based on that knowledge and understands dependencies outside of the product to align on expectations
- Communicate clearly and efficiently to different audiences on the business and technology sides
- Work with business partners in feature creation and work with team in user story creation
- Manage the team backlog in order to deliver the value requested by business partners
- Collaborate in product vision creation and maintaining alignment to it
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $100,600 - $167,600, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
