What you'll do

• Writes user stories, taking care to add detailed acceptance and performance criteria.
• Partner with Product Architect and other Product Owners to prioritize the backlog for upcoming sprints.
• Surfaces new needed features, improvements, and security/compliance activities for owned applications and services.
• Collaborates with Product Management to ensure they are aware of the status of Product roadmap items and to obtain direction on Product Management-owned features.
• Understands customer and vendor problems and use cases and articulates them both internally and externally.
• Maintains an understanding of the SDLC and Agile processes.
• Keeps an eye on scrum team health, alerting Product Architect and Engineering leadership to potential issues, risks, or capacity needs.
• Works with Product Management to obtain visibility into revenue and sales pipeline.

What experience you need

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner.
• 3+ years of experience working in an Agile environment.
• Basic technical knowledge of SQL Queries, Client & Service, API Interaction.
• Understanding the JSON Data Structure.

What could set you apart

• Understanding of I-9 forms or Onboarding workflows.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Aha, PL/SQL.
