Agility is seeking a Product Manage r who will lead the entire product lifecycle from identifying opportunities through new product launch and ongoing management. We want you to help us reach our full growth potential as a company through product innovation. We are not talking about moving the occasional button or making that button a different color, we need someone to bring creative and new ideas.
Innovation is the primary focus of this role . As the Product Manage r , you will be creating and working closely with product councils, conducting research, conducting Win/Loss calls , analyzing sale and customer success data, and engaging with the executive team to identify , prioritize and define new product ideas . You will work closely with UI designers to bring new concepts to life and to gather feedback .
The right candidate is a highly coachable product manager who is ready to go to the next level in their PM journey to drive highly visible, Voice of Customer and data-based product decisions that will have executive level feedback.
This is an opportunity to learn and practice best-in-class methodologies identifying, evaluating, and building a roadmap to address new market opportunities.
You will collaborate closely with the Product Marketing Manager to prepare/ guide marketing and sales in preparing and executing successful product launch es .
This role also covers the execution phase of creating new products. This involves collaborating with Pro duct Owner s , UI Designer s , and Engineering leaders.
This position is based in our Atlanta (Perimeter area) office .
In this role, you will:

  • Gather market intelligence and market opportunities (new products and major directions/super features for existing products) via Win/Loss Calls, Product Council sessions and phone calls with thought leaders.
  • Discover and validate opportunities for new products and major feature enhancements by conducting research, synthesizing input from Product Councils, Win/Loss calls , and listening to internal teams at Agility and especially leveraging sales/CS data.
  • Develop financial models/projections for high potential opportunities, partnering with Sales and Finance for specific and accurate projections and ROI.
  • Collaborate with Engineering leadership to scope and prioritize work .
  • Partner closely with the Product Marketing Manager and m arketing for early transfer of knowledge o n future product s , value propositions, pricing/packaging, role in the suite, etc .
  • Develop feature descriptions in collaboration with UI/UX Designers, Product Owner, Technical Architects, and an abundance of customer input. Where possible, rely heavily on visual design approaches .
  • Develop the Marketing Handoff Document and partner closely with the Product Marketing Man ager and iterate with the Marketing t eam .
  • Manage and guide the cross-functional workstreams ( Marketing , Sales, and Training) to prepare for the Go-To-Market launch and be the product evang elist.
  • Contribute to and p resent Product Roadmap s internally and externally.
  • Prepare and review product management team metrics monthly for suggested improvements and prepare for Q uarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)


Requirements:

  • MBA and/or Marketing, Computer, or Design degree with 1-2 years of software or consulting experience
  • Aptitude for analyzing data and customer inputs to derive insights and core needs.
  • A track record of forming strong working relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to drive results directly and in a cross-functional setting
  • Strong executive presence
  • Possess a humble demeanor with a penchant for asking insightful questions
  • Passion fo r building world-class software solutions


Nice to Haves Skills & Qualifications:

  • Product management, Product Owner , or product marketing experience
  • Experience at a SaaS company
  • Experience a t a start up
