Background

We collaborate with our clients on a daily basis to ensure we are driving value at multiple levels. 

Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with external stakeholders to dive into their businesses to uncover pain points, define business needs, and recommend new technologies and services to better support their business goals

• Prepare business presentations for internal and external stakeholders at the VP and C-suite level

• Collaborate with and receive coaching from Senior Product and Engineering staff to develop product strategy: vision, planning, execution, and release

• Collaborate with Development teams for the enhancement of current customer features

• Work closely with Sales and Business Development for client-facing, pre-sales activities

• Translate customer intent into product requirements, capabilities, and functionalities to internal, cross-functional teams

• Drive the progress of epics and features into user stories in narrative and visual formats

• Prioritize and sequence the product backlog according to business value

• Leverage data and metrics in order to clearly articulate the value of a wide array of products and applications

• Stay current on competitive market trends
  

The Big 5:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 1-4 years of results-based success as a Product Owner or Product Manager preferred
• Passion for using technology to provide business solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a track record of delivering compelling product value via business presentations
• Experience collaborating closely with Engineering and Project Management resources for successful on-time, on-budget, software delivery. Experience working with offshore engineering teams is highly preferred.
