Product Manager
Background

Responsibilities:
Build relationships with external stakeholders to dive into their businesses to uncover pain points, define business needs, and recommend new technologies and services to better support their business goals
Prepare business presentations for internal and external stakeholders at the VP and C-suite level
Collaborate with and receive coaching from Senior Product and Engineering staff to develop product strategy: vision, planning, execution, and release
Collaborate with Development teams for the enhancement of current customer features
Work closely with Sales and Business Development for client-facing, pre-sales activities
Translate customer intent into product requirements, capabilities, and functionalities to internal, cross-functional teams
Drive the progress of epics and features into user stories in narrative and visual formats
Prioritize and sequence the product backlog according to business value
Leverage data and metrics in order to clearly articulate the value of a wide array of products and applications
Stay current on competitive market trends
The Big 5:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 1-4 years of results-based success as a Product Owner or Product Manager preferred
- Passion for using technology to provide business solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a track record of delivering compelling product value via business presentations
- Experience collaborating closely with Engineering and Project Management resources for successful on-time, on-budget, software delivery. Experience working with offshore engineering teams is highly preferred.
