Description:
Yahoo is seeking an energetic, passionate, and entrepreneurial product manager to implement strategic Marketing Technology initiatives, including integration of Adobe Experience Platform across our consumer product ecosystem. We are executing on a vision that includes:

  • Connecting and ingesting disparate data source into a Unified Marketing Profile that can be leveraged across brands and channels
  • Redefining product experiences to feature meaningful touchpoints that will be used to enable Cohesive Customer Journeys , sparking engagement and deeper monetization across the Yahoo ecosystem.
  • Using A.I. and Machine Learning to scale Intelligent Decision Making that delivers meaningful offers to users.
  • Deliver real-time, Relevant Experiences to individual customers, across channels.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Help teams across Yahoo (subscriptions, gaming and betting, commerce, and editorial) to adopt licensed Adobe products and applications, including Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Target, Journey Orchestration, Offer Decisioning, and Customer Journey Analytics.
  • Accelerate delivery for large scale implementations by shaping the business architecture associated with cross-channel strategy
  • Assist in detailing out the Adobe Campaign strategy to deliver split(A/B) testing and personalization campaigns (Auto Personalization, Auto Target, Adobe Target Recommendations) across all channels and brands, be it web or native apps.
  • Organize and facilitate discovery of requirements, document data/user journey flows, translate business requirements into Adobe functional specifications, develop use cases, own requirements during delivery and coordinate dependencies and priorities across multiple teams.
  • Serve as the conduit between the customer community (internal and external customers) and the software development team through which requirements flow.
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation of Adobe Campaigns and other Adobe AEP applications against the requirements. Proficient in using Adobe debugger tools to trace and identify issues
  • Prepare product/user experience documentation to help teams understand the impact of the Adobe platform (pre-launch and post-launch user experience, sharing out of success metrics/results)


Skills & Experience

  • High level of technical platform knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform and its applications.
  • 2+ years of practical marketing activation experience in leveraging personalization and optimization tools and methodologies (Adobe Target preferably, Google Optimize, Optimizely)
  • A minimum 3 years in a Product Management role is highly desirable
  • Verbal and written skills to be able to communicate effectively to both a technical and business audience
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify issues, solve them quickly and well, and know when to rely on internal resources to assist
  • Pluses - Adobe Target Certification, familiarity with JIRA, Google suite products (slides, gsheets etc)
