Now, we're investing in our growth by building the best growth team in SaaS. We're hiring an ambitious Product Manager to be one of the founding members of ClickUp's Product Growth team. This is an unprecedented opportunity to be directly responsible for the next critical milestone in our growth journey.

 

This product manager, focused on monetization, will own the entire roadmap and strategy for driving self-serve revenue. ClickUp's success has largely been fueled by our self-serve revenue motion, and this PM will have the opportunity to drive the strategy that brings us to the next level.

The initial responsibilities will be around revisiting our upsell, trial and paywall mechanisms as well as optimizing the various surfaces which drive upgrades like pricing and checkout pages. Longer term, we expect this PM to bring creativity and vision to develop a strategy for the future our self-serve monetization strategy.

 

We're looking for someone exceptional that has led product growth teams to drive results that others thought were impossible. The Role:

  • Prioritize and drive the execution of our monetization roadmap.
  • Work collaboratively with Design, Insights and Engineering to bring initiatives to life.
  • Build close stakeholder relationships with Core Product, Product Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing and other teams to drive monetization.
  • Help scale a world-class experimentation process to intelligently and continuously sequence experiments while ensuring our quality bar is met.
  • Work with our Growth Analytics team to identify high leverage opportunities and build a portfolio of quick wins vs big bets.
  • Own and shape our long term monetization strategy.
  • Work directly with leaders and execs to share growth learnings and pitch ideas for how to take our monetization efforts to the next level.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Product Manager in Growth.
  • Previously led a team of engineers and designers; owned a roadmap, managed sprints, and drove the team towards achieving measured goals.
  • Experience running and analyzing experiments.
  • Relentless attention to detail, ability to troubleshoot metrics and issues if needed.
  • Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Growth mindset: you see challenges as opportunities.
  • Ownership mindset: the buck stops with you.
  • Analytical mindset: you use (but don't over-use!) metrics to inform decision-making.
  • First principles thinking: you start with why and work backwards from the end goal.
  • You find joy, have fun and can be yourself! We love our jobs and want team members who love theirs too.

 

Desirable:

  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Previous experience owning revenue growth or monetization
  • Previous experience in a B2B/prosumer SaaS company
