About the Role: 

Wing is looking for a Product Manager to join our Commerce team based remotely in the United States. Wing's unmanned aerial delivery platform involves a high degree of cutting-edge automation. But there are also substantial large-scale ground support operations needed to enable that platform. This role is all about increasing the scale and efficiency of our ground support operations via hybrid human/automation solutions and toolkits. The ideal candidate has experience working with large scale internal operations teams, a passion for operational processes and internal workforce tools, demonstrated knowledge of industry best practices for measuring and optimizing workflows, and the ability to deliver results as part of a dynamic, cross-functional team.

What You’ll Do: 

• Develop PRDs and other specifications for app and web-based tools that support ground support operations processes
• Prioritize and triage feature development for those internal tools
• Propose methods for measuring and improving operational efficiency
• Help strike balances between automation and human labor solutions
• Act as a bridge between the tools engineering team and other functions: ground support operations, flight operations, policy, legal

What You’ll Need: 

• BA/BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• 4+ years in Product Management, or equivalent technical experience
• 1+ years of experience managing internal operations workforce tools
• Experience launching products or processes internationally
• Proven ability to effectively influence and communicate across multiple functions, up and down the organization
