If so, this Product Manager role is for you.

The Client Endpoint Engineering team focuses on implementing and supporting systems to help our internal users meet their day-to-day operational needs. We are responsible for establishing baseline infrastructure to manage a fleet of MAC endpoints to meet the fast-growing demands of our 65,000+ Salesforce employees around the world. As the Product Manager, you will design and lead ongoing delivery for a multi-year product roadmap, balancing short and long term goals and investments. You will be responsible for discerning the most critical user needs, crafting a succinct strategy, and building a roadmap for the management of tools and infrastructure required to maintain the efficacy and integrity of the client endpoints globally. You will partner with Business, Architecture & Engineering to drive cross-functional teams for roadmap prioritization and gain wider alignment.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish shared vision by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution.
  • Own the delivery of a product roadmap incorporating projects, features, and other key initiatives.
  • Effectively negotiate work scope with business partners and stakeholders to align on objectives around time to market, effort, and scope.
  • Contribute to business partner vision at the initiative level, influencing scope, and delivery options with feedback.
  • Work closely with the Engineering team to translate this vision into robust, intuitive, scalable products and services.
  • Serve as Product Owner on the sprint team(s) to organize and prioritize work backlog and convey business value to the engineering team.
  • Manage the definition of done from feature acceptance criteria and meets business value requirements.



Should be able to:

  • Partner with Scrum Master to review delivery capacity needs based on roadmap and work with leadership to address them.
  • Manage dependencies, anticipate blockers, conflicts, and obstacles, and marshall appropriate resources to align and solve.
  • Guide business partners through the work intake process, highlighting milestones and artifacts, and understand the value behind them.
  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives as a delivery component, representing his/her team's work with a small number of dependencies.
  • Leverage data to understand risks, impacts, scope, and priorities of our business objectives, and enable the team to drive results.
  • Think strategically and tactically within a dynamic, fast-paced organization



What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in product management experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in an Infrastructure or technology organization,
  • Client Endpoint domain knowledge. Experience with managing a fleet of 100,000+ non-static and bare-metal devices within a global organization.
  • Experience working and delivering products in Scrum and Agile environments.
  • Strong user experience/design sense, with a record of building great products.

  • Infrastructure Design and Engineering activities
  • MAC Endpoint products: Understanding of client endpoint management products such as Jamf - MDM/ Anvil or other comparable enterprise suites.
  • Data Analytics & Visualization
  • Knowledge of CI/CD practices and prior experience of implementation.
  • Internet Architecture and Cloud Computing Concepts
  • General IT (database, security, networking) concepts and basic programming concepts
  • General Software Business Processes (Sales, Renewals, Service, Support)



This role is Office-Flex (~1-3 days/wk in office) or Fully Remote.
