About the Team:

Product managers at Okcoin are the CEOs of their areas of focus. We develop growth-focused product strategies, manage cost/profitability and then deliver powerful strategies that guide customers through simple transaction workflows. We are building an integrated and beautiful crypto-finance experience for mobile and web. Product managers collaborate across business units and align user research, design, UX writers, brand and marketing, technical project management and engineering, testing, data, compliance and legal teams. We are a multi-cultural and decentralized team with a deep passion for bitcoin, crypto and Defi. We are objective oriented and everyone contributes to data analysis to drive business growth.

About the Opportunity: 

Listing new digital assets is core to the growth of Okcoin. When an asset is listed, it is available to be traded, bought, sold and potentially integrated into our Earn product. We are seeking an experienced crypto-native product manager to own the listing process and build processes and tools to support asset listing requirements. This role will own Asset Listings, a key growth driver for the company. Working within the product organization, this role will also work with our development partners in Beijing and interface with the listing operations and product marketing teams to develop and execute a go-to-market plan that differentiates Okcoin in the marketplace. This role will also prepare our support teams for each listing. Success will be measured by assets listed and related transaction metrics.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Work with the asset listings team to take assets to market by developing a scalable process, streamline listing workflows and comprehensive internal enablement and communication plans
• Manage the roadmap for listing-related product features and internal tools
• Identify market opportunities in conjunction with the listing team to differentiate Okcoin and the programs that drive purchasing and usage of the listed assets
• Build operational maturity for asset listings and ensure new token listings are executed flawlessly, from the “go” decision to final product development including web, app, earn, wallet, and any other product features
  • Liaison with blockchain engineers and project/protocol technologists to assess technical requirements and maintenance planning for listed and potential assets
• Define and monitor KPIs for asset listings while leading process and workflow improvements and establishing communication protocols
• Drive product discussions with key stakeholders to ensure asset listings are meeting customer needs and market demand
• Influence Okcoin’s listing strategy and be a key contributor to prioritization decisions
• Assume accountability for product roadmaps, resource allocation, release cadence and testing
• Partner with marketing and growth center teams to develop a go-to-market strategy that encompasses localized opportunities

What We Look For In You:

• 7+ years of dedicated and successful product management experience with bitcoin, crypto, Defi, social, gaming, e-commerce or finance
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent field
• A track record of success launching highly scalable and successful products within Defi, crypto, fintech, social or gaming industries
• Excellent written, interpersonal and communication skills
• Have worked with and built successful products with remote development teams
• Passion for Bitcoin, crypto, Defi and/or blockchain
• Fluent in Mandarin and English
