What we’re looking for:

We are looking for a Product Implementation Coordinator to join our Product Implementation team.

As Product Implementation Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that Cross River enterprise products are delivered with quality, on time, and on budget in partnership with Product Manager. The Cross River Product team supports company critical solutions that enable our business partners and clients to deliver, support, and protect their most essential assets.

  • Ensures service continuity and transparency with key business stakeholders.
  • Works closely with diverse team of technical and non-technical team members.
  • Skilled navigation and problem solving with technical partners, clients, and operational SMEs.
  • Provide technical, business consulting and product expertise to clients enabling comprehensive solution to be delivered to the market.
  • Facilitate technical discussions and white boarding for project integrations and technical solutions from one-to-many technical applications.
  • Determine the scope of the implementation solution and the resources required to successfully complete.
  • Ensure sales, account management, and support have appropriate tools to sell and support the Product offerings.
  • Help produce and manage client-facing documentation in partnership with Product Commercialization
  • Conduct implementation pilots and help client and business stakeholders envision final solution.
  • Train new clients on the essentials of systems to get them started on implementations
  • with Finance Department.
  • Identify areas for process improvement make recommendations to Product Management.
  • Produce technical proposals when identified.
  • Develop risk mitigation plans when identified.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years’ experience in product management or adjacent fields (development, design, customer service, project management, and so on, highly desired)
  • Proven ability to appropriately handle sensitive personal information and company confidential information

Preferred Qualifications:                                   

  • Technical ability to abstract and simplify complex workflows and systems integration and business continuity.
  • Desire and ability to work independently with minimal direction. Takes ownership of technical and business solutions to meet business needs with high degree of quality and velocity.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation).
  • Ability to present technical solutions and concepts.
  • Experience with product/project systems such as Monday, Confluence, Jira.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
