Job Description

This role will live within the retail pharmacy business unit and will be focused on developing, scaling, and managing high-impact initiatives aimed at improving adherence and health outcomes for our patients. As a Senior Consultant on the team, you will work with a high-energy group that is motivated by the opportunity to define, streamline, and implement the products and services that drive health outcomes for our patients. Identifying and improving processes across channels to streamline technologies and capabilities, problem solving, collaboration, organizational skills and attention to detail are key components of this role. Your Typical Day Here Could Include:• Leading the diagnosis, solution development, and planning of a new strategic product or service that drives health outcomes for our patients by leveraging the company's assets and delivery methods• Optimize current channels and develop strategic insights to streamline technology/system capabilities to improve processes• Reporting out on findings and proposing key recommendations to our senior leadership team• Developing a "story" and accompanying deck that concisely summarizes findings across several initiatives and creates specific recommendations for the executive management team• Partnering with a team in another department to brainstorm new ideas for improving the CVS patient experience
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a role that involved strategic problem solving and/or product development (e.g. consulting)

Preferred Qualifications• 1+ years of analytical experience, including experience working with large datasets• Ability to work on teams within a highly collaborative environment• Communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization• Healthcare industry experience
