Job Description As a product analyst with the Global Banking Platform (GBP) you will own analysis and optimization of existing technical and functional processes within the GBP organization. You will own documentation of existing processes and identifying ways to streamline and improve throughput and organizational effectiveness. In addition to process management, you will manage analysis, selection, implementation, and management of tools across the product. These tools and related processes include, but are not limited to, hiring process management, technical product management, communications, and progress management. You will own integration of tools by partnering with internal and external support partners and developing an implementation plan that you will organizationally manage through change.
A strong technical aptitude and experience in an Agile/Scrum working environment are a must.
Responsibilities

  • Document and analyze existing processes within the Business Management Office to reduce waste and provide clear communication and guides to the organization
  • Build relationships across CCB to understand use of existing tools and other available options for integration or new tool usage
  • Develop implementation and organizational change management plan
  • Maintain tools and continuous optimization of processes
  • Ability to collaborate with executive management both within the GBP product and with cross-impacted products
  • Builds strong working relationships by partnering with project teams, stakeholders, internal and external business partners.
  • Proven ability to identify opportunities for both modernization and process improvements including facilitating implementation of best practices across the organization that will disrupt and challenge status quo.
  • Introductory knowledge of internal financial reporting systems and managing product financials on a monthly cadence.
  • Self-reflects on areas of personal growth/development and focuses on continuous upskilling.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of related business management experience - financial services, business, project management, team leadership and/or technology experience are a plus.
  • Experience working in a technical agile environment at scale.
  • Proficient in project management and Agile related tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, and Confluence.
  • Experience working with geographically distributed and culturally diverse work groups with strong team management and leadership skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability speaking/ presenting to various levels of management in both business and technology.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strong working relationships with peers as well as internal/external clients.
  • Works autonomously - Excellent time management and organization skills with a clear demonstrated ability to multi-task and react in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction.
  • Demonstrates flexibility, adapts to shifting priorities, embraces ambiguity and navigates through change positively while helping to remove challenges/blockers.
  • Ability to make subjective and informed decisions based upon known data, consequently influencing stakeholders and justifying decisions made to drive work and teams forward.
  • Working knowledge of various Agile methodologies, cloud migration, and modernization technology.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree or additional relevant experience in Project Management, Business, Engineering, Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields or equivalent practical experience.


Prior success in business or organizational management.
