Amplify is looking for a NetSuite Product Owner to partner with our Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an ERP team that will build and manage a NetSuite solution. This role will collaborate closely with Amplify leadership, product stakeholders, and business systems and Finance teams to build and maintain a NetSuite org. The product owner will also lead the charge on implementing NetSuite, 3rd Party systems including Salesforce, Dell Boomi, Avalara, Shopify ecommerce, and related applications.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Financial NetSuite configuration tasks and ongoing service administration for the NetSuite application
• Build and maintain new dashboards, reports, saved searches, manage users, roles and permissions, forms & PDFs, key performance indicators and metrics, custom reports and fields, and build custom workflows
• Contribute to release preview business process testing for ongoing NetSuite upgrades
• Be the Finance team's point of contact and provide hands-on support and training
• Balance multiple projects and contending priorities
• Maintain user roles/access and assign appropriate permissions/levels of access
• Transpose reports to vital outlets (Google, Salesforce, Tableau, etc)
• Exercise strong problem-solving skills, and analytical thinking to provide application support across departments
• Provide user training across departments
• Manage ERP technical roadmap for Amplify
• Create and support end-user requests for saved searches, reports, KPIs and dashboards.
• Create, test, deploy, and support NetSuite workflows and SuiteScripts.
• Provide internal, ongoing, system and technical support to NetSuite users, including training.
• Serve as the primary contact for NetSuite support for the Finance organization , opening cases and tracking issues to resolution, and communicating progress internally.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite functionality, customizations, functionalities, and new developments.
• Manage version updates and test functionality to ensure a smooth deployment.
• Assist with the data import processes, data cleanup, and data migration forms/templates.
• Ability to synthesize complex legacy business processes into actionable requirements

Basic Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on work experience with NetSuite
• Full proficiency in custom record types, fields, forms, roles and permissions, page layouts, searches and reports, and NetSuite data model
• Experience in Agile Methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in relevant subject area
• Demonstrated experience managing and improving Financial and/or ERP systems.
• Basic knowledge of NetSuite financial objects and workflows
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Experience Developing, testing and deploying customizations, custom objects, and new functionality based on evolving business needs, and solving problems at integration points

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• NetSuite Administrator Certification
• Strong NetSuite ERP Financials solution implementation and/or administration experience
• Experience with associated financial applications (Concur, Workday, Alavara, Shopify, Etc)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Experience overseeing NetSuite integration, implementation and testing
• Experience creating configurations and customizations of NetSuite to meet the business needs
• Experience providing on-going systems and technical support for the NetSuite system
• Familiarity with the NetSuite dashboard and able to provide users with relevant reports and meaningful metrics
• Solid understanding of billing, A/P, A/R, general ledger, revenue recognition, planning, audit, and reporting
• Strong leadership skills
• Familiarity with process areas including record to report, procure to pay, ARM and Dunning Modules
• Experience with two or more of the following: JavaScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, SuiteBuilder, RESTlet, UserEvents, and integration technologies
• Scrum Product Owner Certification or equivalent.
