The Lead Product Manager, Dine Reservation Platform works within Disney Parks, Experiences and Products Technology and Digital on industry-leading dining reservation experiences for Walt Disney World and Disneyland. You will be the product leader for new programs and priorities for the dining reservation experience. Also, you will set priority and focus for the dining reservation platform and provide leadership support for the dining reservation web and mobile app sustainment teams. The Lead Product Manager will contribute to feature development and the creation/oversight of epics, user stories and requirements while collaborating with teams to align, frame and deliver the strategic vision. You will be collaborative, provide product-focused direction to partners and shifting priorities.
Lead Product Manager will report to the Product Management Director.
You Will:

  • Oversee product delivery of the Disney Parks, Experiences and Product (DPEP) dining reservation platform from end-to-end, go-to-market activities and sustainment tactics
  • Represent the dining reservation platform roadmap with partner input and attention on applying continued innovation
  • Communicate changes in strategic direction or priority shifts to executive leadership
  • Use insight from guest research, focus groups, direct guest feedback and behavioral analytics for data-driven user story creation and prioritization
  • Translate product concepts into user stories, epics, requirement documents, test cases and acceptance criteria that will move improvement features into market
  • Ensure appropriate approval for new features and capabilities from financial systems, legal, privacy and security teams
  • Consult as the Jira expert so that all teams understand the dining reservation platform workflow


You Have:

  • 6+ years of experience working in product management within a large and matrix organization
  • Experience identifying and addressing technical, financial, and operational issues in an enterprise organization
  • Experience with multiple development methodologies, especially Scrum and Agile variants
  • Demonstrated leadership in building industry-leading digital consumer experiences that promote forward momentum for the consumer's journey
  • Experience creating and sharing a evolving roadmap
  • Work with distributed teams with varying/flexible work hours
  • Experience working on critical enterprise platforms
  • Knowledge in the Food & Beverage table service restaurant industry
