We are looking for entrepreneurial Product Managers who value moving quickly, and can help build innovative products in our category. As Lead Product Manager you will lead Found’s growth product experiences across web and mobile experiences. You will focus on organic tactics, key monetization experiences and the entire conversion funnel from web to mobile applications. You’ll work cross-functionally with our finance, engineering, design, data science, behavioral scientists, clinical and health coaches to build game chaning products. This is a unique opportunity to come in early and turbocharge a business that has incredibly strong tailwinds.
What You'll Do:
- Display strong leadership, organizational and execution skills.
- Be the primary driver for identifying significant opportunities, and drive product vision, strategies and roadmaps in the context of broader organizational strategies and goals.
- Ability to incorporate data, research and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps.
- Lead and motivate a team of engineers and other cross-functional representatives, and maintain team health.
- Understand Found’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are aligned with our mission and recognized best in the industry.
- Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.
- Help turbocharge a rigorous data culture using quantitative and qualitative measures that tie to company objectives.
- A knack for system thinking and an understanding in how to build platform products that empower others to build amazing experiences.
- Create best-in-class interfaces that enable users to navigate complexity.
- Experience defining and driving product and go-to-market strategies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for precise articulations of customer problems.
- You’re a creative product thinker who loves collaborating across the company with engineering, analytics, marketing, design and sales.
- You do whatever it takes to make your product and team successful whether that means writing a QA plan or hunting down the root cause of a user’s frustration.
What You Have:
- Product experience: 8+ years of PM experience.
- Leadership: You’ve mentored product managers, engineers, and designers in how to work together to build great products.
- Mobile expertise: You’ve overseen or built mobile experiences from scratch and know the ins and outs of building world-class product on iOS and Android.
- Entrepreneurial spirit: Self-starter who thrives in a fast paced environment, deals well with ambiguity and focuses on driving impact.
- Analytical horsepower: Demonstrated aptitude for digging deep into the data, thinking from first principles, and delivering the best results.
- Team-first: You bring a team-first mentality and a knack for working well with a wide range of people.
- Crisp communicator: High attention to detail including precise and effective communications, including with external customers/partners.
- Results-oriented: You enjoy doing whatever it takes to execute on complex projects.
