Have a deep knowledge of digital? Love product management? Interested in supporting our Express Scripts Mobile app? This exciting role oversees the mobile team in our digital domain.

We're looking for a CTPO for our digital team to run a high functioning group of technical product managers dedicated to improving the digital experience of Express Scripts mobile app and other apps supporting our business. The Express Scripts mobile app is the fastest growing digital property in the entire digital domain. Having and evangelizing a vision for how to improve this space is vital to your success.

Your teams are responsible, partnering with stakeholders like business, operations, software engineering and experience design, for the health and growth of our mobile apps.

As CTPO you will be internal voice of the customer and eyes and ears for your team. Partnering with your TPO's you will create the vision and roadmap the products in your area. Must be aware of other work being completed within the broader digital portfolio so that you can help teams proactively manage risks, cross-dependencies and take advantage of opportunities to streamline work.

Key criteria for this role are:
• Proven history of using data to drive product decisions using the scientific method of test and learn via A/B testing.
• Comfortable managing various stakeholders, even when there are conflicting views. Backbone to resolve priority contention among these stakeholders will be a regular requirement of this role. Collaboratively defining KPIs across stakeholders will be a prerequisite to accomplish this.
• Establish yourself as the undisputed expert for the product, when a key stakeholder texts you for the latest about a KPI and its current health, you are doing this right.
• Eagerness to driving business outcomes, not just what features are shipped when is a must. Roadmaps should be focused on desired outcomes - not checking feature boxes.
• Thrives on curating and nurturing high quality talent at all levels, rewarding high performers and having hard discussions when necessary.
• Analytical mind is a must have, being able to dive into data regularly and ask the right questions will be a skill that when lacking will be detrimental. Expect to partner with analysts and get your hands dirty in analytics suites like Adobe.
• Proven ability to matrix-manage direct and cross-functional teams; Credibility to influence peers and executive management.
• Experience in healthcare/insurance a plus, but not required.
• 4+ years' experience preferred, however tenure of product management craft or history leading others is less important than history of demonstrating the above abilities.
• Platform is available on both Android and iOS
• Role will be situated in our St. Louis (Cortex area) and flexible work arrangement to work from home approximately 2-3 days/week.
