E*TRADE Financial is looking for a Product Manager that will be responsible for managing a portfolio of products, services, and applications that are used to support our workforce management teams, customer service, maintain risk/compliance requirements, along with enhancing internally developed platforms.

Summary:

E*TRADE Financial is looking for a Product Manager that will be responsible for managing a portfolio of products, services, and applications that are used to support our workforce management teams, customer service, maintain risk/compliance requirements, along with enhancing internally developed platforms. This person will work closely with and support a broad range of departments and teams that are responsible for supporting and ensuring that we maintain a state of readiness, stay within compliance guidelines where required, and the capability to deliver world class service to our clients. Candidates should also possess a strong working knowledge of the relationships between our internal departments and lines of businesses. The ideal candidate will also have experience with developing product strategy, building roadmaps, and high-level requirements to meet set goals.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with key stakeholders and most notably Workforce Management, Operations, Compliance/Risk, Customer Service, and external technology vendors to support internal strategic goals and business initiatives
  • Build and maintain relationships with our business partners and serve as the primary contact across various levels of an organization, technology, and vendors to lead teams towards to ensure that business requirements and needs are met
  • Create product artifacts (business requirements, functional requirements, migration plans, communication plans, project updates for senior management) and gain approval from business and technology leaders
  • Influence roadmap definition through analysis, data insights, feedback analysis, and ensuring that our business partners objectives are met
  • Provide subject matter expertise to help define and translate business needs into reliable technology solutions
  • Analyze complex systems, incidents, troubleshoot, and evaluate requests to ensure issues or defects are identified, documented, and result in timely resolution of complex systems
  • Lead user design and focus group discussions



Qualifications:

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of E*TRADE experience and working with customer service, workforce management, and familiar with internal risk/compliance guidelines
  • Experience and knowledge of the Agile and Scrum team product development
  • Position requires a Series 7 license, Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related work experience



Preferred

  • Self-motivated, analytical mindset, detail oriented, collaborative, excellent written and oral skills, along with demonstrated leadership
  • Strong skill sets to include product management, project management, business analysis, defining technical requirements, success metrics, and understanding complex systems
  • Experience leading the project lifecycle - requirements gathering and writing, conceptualization, requirements, design, development, testing, and implementation
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, cross functional, and highly collaborative environment
