Reporting to the Vice President of Global Infrastructure Line of Business that is part of Product & Technology organization, you will be responsible to own the vision and strategy for Infrastructure services portfolio and define roadmap for its execution. The Infrastructure Line of Business is responsible for Product Management, Product Marketing, Product Development and Product Engineering of services related to Remote Infrastructure Management for open-distributed systems, Private Cloud and IBM i systems management. You will be leading, teaching and coach global team members of Product Managers and Product Marketing. You are expected to be an expert in market trends, competitive landscapes on technology and pricing, as well as business needs for Ensono's target client base. These vision and strategy are to be communicated clearly and aligned throughout the Product & Technology organization as well as Ensono Senior Leaderships. You are expected to champion efforts and collaborate with other Product leaders, such as Public Cloud, Mainframe and Consulting, to develop cross-organizational offering, Go-To-Market strategy and be an advocate for Product Management and Marketing discipline.
Key Responsibilities

• Actively engage across our business and within our customer and advisor community to understand, identify and react to trends in the market
• Define product roadmap and identify ways to enhance client experience
• Understanding & Communicating of P&L for Infrastructure products, including its relevancy and competitiveness to client base as well as to the market
• Have a strong working relationship with the Product Engineering, Sales and Solutions Architects
• Ensure the continuous development and improvement of the product, marketing and enablement artifacts along with ongoing delivery
• Day to day management of team members, this includes performing one on one meetings, conducting performance reviews bi-annually and ensuring high-level of associate engagement
• Drive the team to effectively manage their queue of work
• Resource Manage new enablement, sustaining and BAU related work
• Lead on proactively improving ways of working and processes
• Proactively keep up to date on hybrid cloud services and developments

Knowledge

• Excellent Understanding of Hybrid Cloud and Remote Management services
• Excellent Understanding of VMWare products and services
• Good Understanding on Network, Compute, Virtualization, Storage, Backup and Colocation management services
• Good Understanding on Operating Systems, such as Windows, Linux, Unix based OS, management services
• Good understanding of the Agile and ITIL Frameworks.
• Good understanding of Modern IT methods such as CI/CD
• Exposure on Hyperscale Cloud, such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, products and services
• Exposure on IBM i system and IBM Power management services
• Knowledge on Containerization based services

Experience

• 5 years+ successful team leading experience (or equivalent demonstrable ability)
• 3 years+ of Product Management experience
• 10+ years' experience in the IT Sector with particular appeal for those who have a background in Managed Services or have come from technical roles
• Professional Certifications are not required but a plus
